Religious Liberty and Parental Responsibility Event

An exciting event is coming up on May 17th at William Jessup University, 2121 University Ave, Rocklin, CA from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.  Tickets for this free event can be obtained through Eventbrite.

This event is being sponsored by the Sacramento Catholic Diocese, William Jessup University and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  This is a continuation of the Religious Freedom Speaker Series that took place in 2019 and 2020.  A flyer for the event is attached.

Through keynote speakers, this free event equips people of faith to respectfully engage in the public square and express their religious convictions in a winsome and redemptive way.  You’ll also have an opportunity to meet other parents and leaders in local school districts, including Roseville, Rocklin, Western Placer, Elk Grove, Folsom Cordova, Sacramento, San Juan, Buckeye, and Washington (West Sacramento).

The three keynote speakers at the event are from each of the three faith denominations that are sponsoring the event.  They include Jay Pimentel, Area Communication Director North America West Area and former Area Seventy for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

There are a limited but ample number of tickets so don’t procrastinate if you are interested in attending.
