What are you grateful for? Think for a moment. Our Savior, Jesus Christ, should be at the top of the list. It is only through His priceless atonement that we can be healed of our wounded spirits, our illnesses, and our sins. There is something else on that list that is second only to our elder brother, Jesus. God wants to talk to each of His children. God desires to reveal His will, His love, and His plan for each of us.
In the April 2018 General Conference, President Nelson said the following.
“My beloved brothers and sisters, I plead with you to increase your spiritual capacity to receive revelation.” He also mentioned why this was so important. “. . . in coming days, it will not be possible to survive spiritually without the guiding, directing, comforting, and constant influence of the Holy Ghost.”
What better way to gain access to the knowledge God wishes to give us through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, than by faithfully devoting ourselves to the Come Follow Me scripture study program?
How grateful we should be that our Father in Heaven wants to reveal Himself to us and teach us the very things we need to know individually.
